"Maybe it’s just me, but the..."
Maybe it’s just me, but the tracking updates were really confusing. It kept showing that my order hadn’t moved at all, and then the package randomly showed up the next day. Customer service was fine, but the inaccurate updates made it hard to know when to expect it.

"Color wasn’t what I expected"
I ordered the walnut color, but when it arrived it looked way more orange than the photos showed. I was expecting a richer brown tone, so it just felt... off.

I had a damaged item show up, trying to get it sorted has been such a hassle. The replies took ages, then I kept getting passed around, with no clear answer from anyone. It’s still not fixed, and at this point, I’m just tired of having to keep chasing it

"Nice cabinet, but the hinge hunt was a pain"
I really do like my Baxton Studio cabinet overall. It looks good in my hallway, especially next to this little plant stand I keep forgetting to water. But when I needed a replacement hinge, it was way harder to figure out than I expected. The website didn’t really have much info about spare parts, so I ended up having to email support instead of just ordering the part quickly.
To be fair, they did get back to me and eventually pointed me in the right direction. It just took a little longer than I was hoping, and I had to keep the cabinet door slightly crooked for a few days, which drove me nuts every time I walked by with my coffee. Not a horrible experience, just kind of average and more hassle than it should’ve been.

"Not what I expected at all"
I’m not sure what happened here, but the item I got really didn’t match the description. Like, not even close... I was expecting one thing and opened the package to something totally different

"Surprisingly easy to shop around on"
I hopped on baxtonstudio.com while looking for a new cabinet, it was painless to use. The categories were easy to follow, pages loaded without drama, and I didn’t feel like I was digging through a maze just to find basic stuff.
The product photos were clear, and I liked having the main details all in one spot. The filters helped narrow things down too. Then suddenly I got a little annoyed, because a few items really could’ve used more info, and I hate when I have to guess at details before buying furniture.

Checkout was simple enough though, so my mood came back around fast. It’s not the most perfect shopping site ever, but overall it was smooth and easy to use

I ordered a chair from Baxton Studio and had a good feeling about it once the tracking started updating regularly. It ended up arriving sooner than I thought it would, and the box was in decent shape when it got here. The only thing was the delivery day shifted once, which was a little annoying, so I’d take off one star for that. Still, overall my gut reaction is that it was a smooth experience...

I stopped by sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and noticed a few things I liked. But later I found the same stuff cheaper somewhere else, so I was a bit disappointed. The place was fine overall, just felt like the prices were higher than I expected.

"Photos felt misleading"
I ordered this because the pictures made it look really nice, but what showed up was a letdown. The actual item was darker, looked cheaper, and the shape/details just didn’t match what I thought I was buying.
I went back and checked the listing after it arrived, and the photos still make it look way better than it is in person. I feel misled since I based my choice on those pictures. Definitely wouldn’t order it again.

"I found a chair I really liked..."
I found a chair I really liked and was excited to order it, but then I saw the shipping cost and my heart just sank. It felt ridiculously high for one chair, and it completely ruined the whole purchase for me. I ended up leaving it in the cart and buying from somewhere else

"Nice looking chair, but not as sturdy as others"
At first I really liked the way this chair looked, and it fit the room well. After a few weeks though, the frame started to wobble a bit and it just doesn’t feel very solid. I’ve had similarly priced chairs from other brands that felt sturdier and held up better, so this one was a little disappointing.

"Looked better online"
Looked really nice in the pictures, but feels super cheap in person. Wobbly right away and started chipping after just a week. Definitely not buying from them again.

"Said it was in stock... but nope!!"
I tried ordering a chair from Baxton Studio because the website made it look like it was actually available... but a couple days later, I got a message saying it was out of stock!! Super annoying, honestly. Customer service was fine enough, I guess, but the inventory on the site really needs to be updated better!!! I spent time searching around, placing the order, and then waiting for nothing...

"Feels overpriced and overlooked"
It looks decent at first, but once I actually used it, it felt cheap for what I paid. I also felt kind of ignored, like the product was made to look good in photos but no one really thought about the actual customer experience.
